What is Discovery? It’s a good question 😎 Having been around now for quite a while – at the time of writing, I’m just past the halfway mark in the decade heralding the gateway to my Golden Years – I’d like to think I’ve picked up a few things along the way that are worth sharing.

I also love the challenge of creating compelling content that’s an engaging experience for its readers. Over the last few years I’ve worked as a consultant in the field of Identity and Access Management, and during that time I’ve had a lot of opportunity to hone my skills! I’ve worked on bespoke technical guidance for a variety of clients, ranging from small businesses to large corporations, all the way to general purpose content aimed at developer communities.

With a breadth of experience ranging from the technical to the cultural (when I’m not working, you can typically find me hiking, cycling, curled up with a good book, or doing something theatrical), I wanted a way to share my advice and experience that was easier to categorize and qualify than simply just lumping everything into one place.

So, I came up with idea of Discovery: a series of interconnected blogs designed to help me share my thoughts on multiple topics in an organized fashion.
